House of cycling is specialized in cycling training, mountainbike training, cyclocross training and track training and coaching, from Sunday racers to pro riders and in all disciplines. Our program is based on the synthesis between physical training and mental coaching; this is reflected in our way of approaching a new season: goals, plans and peaks. This unique combination of body and mind comes together in a personal, tailor-made advice.

 

Goals

In order to perform the way you want it is vital to have a good winter to lay the foundations to build on in summer. Therefore House of Cycling provides cyclist specific schedules for strength and core stability training for the winter. By setting your individual goals, a decent plan can be made to reach those goals.

 

Plans

Every athlete, whether you are a mountainbiker, road racer, cyclo crosser or track cyclist will benefit from our approach. Each schedule is tailor-made to suit your needs and wishes. Especially in this 24-hour economy it is important that an athlete can follow an individual training schedule to get the maximum return from your available time. If you wish to go a step further we also provide nutritional and medical advice in close cooperation with Eric Splint, CEO of ESSV a professional sport care company.

 

Peaks

A cyclist is probably the athlete with the most racing days a year. Even a recreational cyclist has the choice of many important goals during a cycling season. In order to reach these goals it is very important to peak during a season. Using peaks ensures a focus on the most important goals of the season and keeps the motivation up!

By combining these three fundaments into your personal training advice we ensure that your season will be a success and that you will reach your goals!

 

How does it work?

House of Cycling makes individual training programs, tailor made for your specific situation. You get your own training schedule every 14 days by email. You will get your training schedule on friday but it will start on monday so you have the weekend to look it over and make changes, or ask questions in cooperation with your coach at House of Cycling. You can have as much contact with your coach at House of Cycling by email or via Skype, depending on which Package you choose. We ask for a short evaluation every 14 days so that we can make your next training schedule even more accurate.
